It seems to be an off-shoot of YouTube advertising. I go to YouTube and the video starts, but it's interrupted by an ad. I click on the "skip ad" button, but when I push play I get another warning telling me to watch the video on YouTube instead of an embedded link even though I AM ON YOUTUBE! At least when I switched to Safari I could watch the video when I switched over to YouTube.
As to what the hell those guys were looking at...
...it's clear they've never seen a British police call box before.
