I'm sure I speak for Ross when I say that only people who are sneaky or of questionable moral character have no avatar.

Made this for Nemo a while back in another thread, but I don't think he saw it:

Kid Nemo -- you really need an avatar. I can make you one if you like... favorite character? Something like that?

Here's an attempt:

Remixed from this original cover (Nembo Kid inexplicably being what Superman is known as in Italy):

Flameboy beat me to it (though that looks like Marlin, not Nemo). But Linda's looks good too.

But I wish they had been only four "answers."

I wish "Hanzo's penis" had been one of the answers.

But we can't always get what we want.

You're right! Nemo is the one with the gimpy fin.

Another idea:

This came up as one of the Google results for Prince Dakkar, Captain Nemo's original name.

I thought you meant to use Marlin, because he was looking for Nemo('s Avatar).

Yeah, I would have gone with a Slumberland one.

Folks,I'm flattered and honored at the efforts to fix my avatarless status.I would be proud to accept any of the ones offered, but the sad fact is,I'm computer illiterate.I don't really know how these things work.I can type words on the picture box,and can press Enter, but that's it.The care and feeding of avatars is beyond me.But thank you all the same--maybe one day,I can adopt an avatar for my very own.

tHE WORLD IT OPENS UP FOR US ILLITERATES IS A WONDEFUL THING TO BEHOLD AND ENJOY.
TRUST YOURSELF, HAVE A WEE BIT OF PATIENCE AND FORGIVENES AND JUST TRY,

That's how clueless I am sometimes.
Give an avatar a shot.
If I can, you can.)

That's all that's preventing an avatar?

User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Avatar -> Choose File (width: 100 pixels, height: 150 pixels, file size: 215kB).

If you pick one of the offered images, I'm pretty sure you can just ask a mod to do it for you, and it takes care of itself thereafter (no care or feeding required, unless you want to change it).

Linda can set it for you, Kid. Although, if you can't follow Paulo's instructions, I'm not sure how you ever logged into IMWAN in the first place! :)

I'd add you have to download the pic to your desktop first, then follow the steps.
