- Fresh guacamole & chips (the prelude to any meal with my mom) - Salad: arugula, pears, walnuts, gorgonzola - Turkey, organic, with giblet gravy (for me and the parents) - Quorn brand mycoprotein-based mock turkey, with mushroom gravy (for the semi-vegetarian wife) - Sliced yams with chopped macadamia nuts - Sauteed asparagus - Mashed potatoes whipped with milk & butter - ...not sure what's for dessert!

I fixed: corn pudding with red and poblano peppers broccoli cheese casserole potato rolls (dinner rolls made with smashed taters) key lime pie pumpkin pie chocolate pecan pie
Friends fixed: The Turkey gravy stuffing sweet potatoes with pecans on top mashed potatoes with about 17 sticks of butter in it. cranberry relish whipped cream coffee, tea, and cider
It was good.
