Gil Kane was a true Master. I love pretty much everything he ever did. His covers for Adam Warlock are among my favourite comic book covers of all time.

He helped develop the modern graphic novel when he drew "His Name Is Savage",the magazine he self-published in the '60s.Pity it lasted just one issue.
