Gil Kane once lived,as did Paul Newman,and they both lived in the same apartment building.In fact,when Kane drew Green Lantern,he modeled Hal Jordan on Newman.
I understand Newman starred in some movies too.

My favourite film for a few years and still great to watch again. Loved The Sting too. Lots of good films have him as their star, although he doesn't spring instantly to mind when I am thinking of my favourite actors - don't know why, since I like him in everything I've seen.

I thought that The Sting would get a vote or two. It was so huge the year that it came out (one of my favorite Mad covers). It just doesn't hold up that well. Plus, the scam portion of the plot was used in TV shows years before the movie (Roy Huggins used it a couple of times in Maverick and Alias Smith & Jones).

I voted for Butch Cassidy, a film I can watch over and over.

As mentioned in another thread, I have a weak spot for Towering Inferno. And, so help me, I really loved the first Cars movie from Pixar.
