Johnny used to bring on Pete Barbutti,a Las Vegas musician who was very funny.I remember the time he performed the song "Tenderly" by whacking a microphone with a broom.

Charles Nelson Reilly was funny.

David Letterman, before he had his own show.

Also, I remember an episode with Mel Brooks that was pretty funny. There were supposed to be a couple of additional guests that night but they got bumped because Mel was so "on" that night.
