I'm going with Storage Wars.

On Storage Wars the hunters are dicks to each other, but are respectful to the experts that price the items for them.

On Auction Hunters, the guys can't haggle with their experts/buyers without being a bit dickish.

The married guy on Storage Hunters is just a dick. He'll ask an expert to price his haul, then call them an idiot for giving him an honest answer.

I still watch them all.

Tough call.....

On Storage Wars, they're nasty (Dave Hester is a total penis), but obviously pals. I love Barry Weiss and would pay good money to see Brandi without her top on.

On Auction Hunters, I like that Allen and Ton are like a couple of kids when they hit a great unit. I think both are very likeable guys.

I watched Storage Hunters for the first time the other night....hated it. It's low rent and greasy. Not appealing in the least.

I went with Storage Wars because of the interplay between the main "characters".

I'd watch an hour of Barry Weiss just shooting the shit with random people.

Weiss is great.

Got a unit with a massage table tonight, commented "Wonder if this will have a happy ending?"

Darryl from Storage Wars just brought some crystal in to be priced by the same guys that priced slot machines for the Storage Hunters couple.

I think he was even wearing the same shirt. :)

Storage Wars because I have a huge crush on the blond wife of the bald guy. Plus Hester makes a nice villain.

Last night, Storage Wars had a nice find on some original Mego figures.

Of course they had to make fun of the comic shop owner that was helping them price their figures.

As you'd imagine, folks in this industry are upset with the shows. Every episode shows a locker that pays off fairly well, which is not the norm. Huge numbers of people are showing up, running the bids up through the roof.

Yeah, I was watching with my brother and I said, Wow they make it look so easy, why isn't everyone doing this? I'm sure in reality there are a lot more duds than hits. But I'll keep watching for Brandi.

I think they've been fixing up Brandi as the show progresses. Hotter as the shows progress.

watched storage wars fro the first time last night. really enjoyed it. Brandi is hot, but a bit stupd. Jarrod is a dolt. Barry is awesome, as is Darrell. Dave is a dick, but in an extremely entertaining way. Plus when you are right and good, you earn the right to be an arrogant prick...

never heard of hte others.

Storage Wars, hands down. I do enjoy Auction Hunters though. I love American Pickers and Pawn Stars too. Before this wave of trash and treasure shows hit American cable tv, I used to dig BBC America's Cash in the Attic and Bargain Hunt.

Interesting to see how they treat comics in these shows. They range from, "Most comics are worthless" on Pawn Stars to, "My biggest score was a huge collection of Silver Age Marvel Comics" on Storage Wars.

I had a few storage hunters come by my shop to get estimates on their finds. One had scored an entire comic shop that had been put into storage and then abandoned by the shop owner's ex-wife. They weren't happy to find out that they'd have to sell off the collection as individual comics to get the true top dollar value.
