Say... who are the creative types whose work you pretty much buy/see/listen/read/whatever as soon as they hit the shelves?
As in, you don't need to see reviews, you don't need word of mouth, you don't need to know anything except that this artist, creative team or band is doing it... and you'll scoop it up immediately.

At this point (only active creators, no Jack Kirby or the Beatles, etc.) --
Comics: Frank Quitely, Frank Cho, Ed McGuinness, Erik Larsen, Jim Lee, Mark Schultz, Joe Madureira, Darwyn Cooke
Music: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus (though I regretted it with their last album), Foo Fighters
Movies: Uhh... Christopher Nolan's probably the closest.
Recently, Frank Miller was dropped from the list and I had to let go of Weezer a couple albums back.
