Didn't go to the hospital? This tells me she's either very foolish or suffering from some babel type speech disorder and she went off her meds. Something like that happens to you, you either know exactly what's happening and you have certain things you just have to do, make an medical adjustment for your condition---whatever or you get your butt to the hospital asap, I'd think.
The sad part is right near the end when you can tell she realizes that she's talking nonsense, but even then she can't fix it. It's obvious she's trying to do a professional "back to you" moment at the end but it's just gibberish and the look on her face is utter horror.
The reports I've read said she was examined on the scene by paramedics, but she went home and "feel's much better" now. She would be foolish not to get checked out by a doctor, and a neurologist. That was something far more than just messing up her lines.

If anything ever happens to any of you, remember the part I made red and emboldened above. I was a paramedic before I became a bureaucrat. Being examined by me is like going to a notary to negotiate your potential multi-million contract. You wouldn't. So don't. You'll die. Simple as that.
Paramedics are great at cardiacs and difficulty breathing but when it comes to a stroke, you need an emergency room right away. If I was at that scene last night, I would have insisted she go asap. No RMA for a possible stroke.

At this point I'm a trained First Responder but we used to be certified AMT's till the county decided IT DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR its cops extra training.
Two of my mother's sisters had strokes. One sister was rushed to the hospital after what looked like a minor stroke. She had almost a full recovery. The other sister was traveling with friends. They could see that she was having possible minor stroke symptoms and thought the best thing to do would be to wait and have her see a doctor when she was back home. She got worse and hasn't recovered. You don't "wait and see" with that stuff.

Remember Leslie Nielson's late wife. She had a skiing accident in Quebec and was talking to people afterwards. They urged her to go to a doctor right away, but she shrugged them off. Later, she died of a brain injury. I've heard her life might have been saved if she received medical attention right away.
