For those who are technically saavy:

Just filmed some video at a friend's wedding - the films are in MPEG format but my MAC only opens Quicktime movies...how do I convert one to the other??

You can download the Perian plugin for Quicktime. This will allow you to open them up in Quicktime.

You just want to watch them? Download VLC for Mac. Converting them to QT often results in lower quality and can take hours.
