I had a Hershey bar today that had been melted a bit and then re-hardened or something -- it was like eating concentrated powdered cocoa.
I quite enjoyed it, actually.

I quite enjoyed it, actually. I had a Miley Way that had been sitting in a sun-heated candy machine, and then allowed to cool. The caramel had all melted and flowed out of its cavity and down into the bottom part of the wrapper around the candy bar. And the chocolate had gone all powdery as you describe. Now I want another one.

I didn't know there were Hannah Montana candy bars, but it doesn't suprise me any.

If you'd rather have your hannah candy in chocolate, you can go the print-on-demand candy wrapper route and personalize them for your very own special birthday party. Seriously.
