In another thread, there was a lot of interest in the Agents of Atlas.
Who's interested in an "Agents of Atlas Reading Club?" The idea would be that we obtain a copy in the near future, and all start reading it on say, October 1. We then post stuff, and stuff.
Maybe there can be a series of these collective reading discussions in the future.
Who's interested? Sound off!

First of all, bump. Okay, let's figure this out. The hardcover for Agents of Atlas is listed on Amazon (as available new) for 24.99, discounted to 18.24. http://www.amazon.com/dp/0785127127/?tag=imwan-20What solicits are out there for the paperback? Monk is hearing talk that the upcoming paperback will be no cheaper.

Okay, the trade paperback came out this week. It's not as cheap as it should have been (in my view), but ordered what is listed as "hardcover" from Amazon. I used free shipping, and it says it won't ship until January 27. We'll see.

I bought the new Agents of Atlas #1 today, and was motivated to read it during my lunch hour.
I quite enjoyed it. Good art, same cheeky feel. All the while having sense of "agedness" that comes from using these supposedly long-standing characters and having them interact with the current Marvel Universe.
It has Dark Reign stink on it though. I hope that doesn't turn out to be a mistake.

the mini didnt sell that well, even though i liked it
