A couple of comic book industry figures I communicate with have stated that they've come down with Comicon flu. That has got to suck. It's apparently an every year thing.

I thought maybe this was going to be about the B.O. smell that I've often read is associated with comics conventions.

And that was a con held in a tiny VFW hall. But I mostly go to indie conventions that smell like clove cigarettes and patchouli.

Stickers, comics, flyers, postcards, pens...things like that that people have out on their tables. And the organizers usually give a bag when you get your ticket that has the program, comics and such in it already.

I've always thought of SWAG as nice stuff, that you could actually use. Didn't know it was an acronym, either.
