I think a giant 48-part Richie Rich/Casper/Hot Stuff/Wendy crossover would be the perfect way to restart the Harvey Universe.

I think Casper should be revealed as Richie Rich's ghost. It will turn out that he's able to visit his still living self because of a deal he made with...Hot Stuff. Hot Stuff will be female, very dark and gritty. Eventually Casper will realize the terrible price he must pay as he suffers for eternity in hell. Or something like that.
