Marvel finally comes out with volume two of the classic New Warriors and they just piss me off. First, it's $29.99 which is bad enough. then it only has four issues of the monthly book, which is what I wanted and they fill it up with some horrible Annuals, including X-factor annuals. Now I have to wait for volume three for the cool Egyptian stuff.

(Just kidding there, Allen. Don't slit your wrists. No. Put the razor away. Put it away. It's just for shaving.)

I actually liked the original New Warriors myself (except Night Thrasher). It was a good solid team of twenty-somethings in the MU.

And Bagley did a nice job on te team. The NW was highly enjoyable until all the changes, like making Nita blue etc.

That is pretty annoying. Especially since you can probably get a pretty long run of New Warriors on Ebay for $30.

True, but I like the convenience of the trades on my bookshelves.

Have you considered binding, Allen? You can make your own trades for roughly $15 a pop.

I never really looked into that. Any good sources?

When you add in the cost of shipping the books and return postage, it's not quite that cheap. And that's without any fancy logos, etc.

I wish the publishers would get behind print-on-demand custom trades
