I tried getting through the first part last week. I'd rather watch Phantom Menace again rather than that review. The voice in the in it is incredibly annoying.

What is this, somebody else trying to cleverly trash "The Phantom Menace"?

I made it through about one and a half videos, and while his complaints are spot-on (especially in the first one) his gimmick got old really fast.

Has anyone tried editing it with a different sound for jar jar and subtitles?

It's so easy to dice up Phantom Menace (or any of the prequels). I prefer to let em slide. You know what? Kids seem to like them (still).

FWIW Attack of the Clones is my least favourite.

Ugh. I got past the voice just long enough to get to the joke about his son's suicide in the bathroom before hitting stop.

I've noticed that. And the women I work with all think they are great.
Still, they like anime ;)

I'm starting to think that the whole notion of trashing pop culture via the internet is no longer interesting, original or terribly creative.

The general negativity throughout the internet tand this country is starting to get to me too.

Wow. Did anybody watch "Part 2"? About seven minutes in there's an ... odd bit with an actress who's actually a friend of mine.

The shtick was a bit much, but the review was pretty funny.

Could the guy possibly have LESS animation in his voice?

You guys all loved his Star Trek First Contact reviews... why do you not like his Phantom Menace review? Is Phantom Menace special to you or perhaps beyond reproach?

Ah, ok.

So, to paraphrase Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, "to make fun of the likes of Phantom Menace would be all too easy... it would be, in effect, like pooping on poop."
