Nightwing.easily.
Ultimate Hawkeye seems more like Bullseye,he would probably even beat the Marvel U Hawkeye.

If you had any doubts about my vote you need to have your head examined. Nightwing is a tough competitor. But Hawkeye is always underrated and he comes out on top. He is a survivor. He will do what it takes to win. He'd feel bad he has to take out this kid Nightwing. But if they've gotta fight Hawkeye will win.

This one's a joke, right?
I could kick Hawkeye's ass, for Cruise's sake. Nightwing wins in a triple somersault that resolves smoothly into a walk.

I wish I could have voted for Hawkeye, but I had to give it to Nightwing. He's a natural athlete, a trained acrobat, and he's been doing this since he was in short pants (literally). Plus, he's fought alongside, and probably with, Speedy, so he wouldn't be caught off-guard by any trick arrows.

Of all the folks in the Marvel U who say "I was trained by Cap", Clint's the one shows it the most. Besides, YOU try doing a double-somersalt into a flying jumpkick while simultaneously firing three arrows in three different directions. While quipping.

So far, based on the votes, I see four people who are dead wrong.
It's Hawkeye, people. He is the winner. No doubt about it.

Close the distance and start swinging and Clint folds like a card table. It's very, very difficult to hit Nightwing with anything, even an arrow. Nightwing has beaten far more formidable foes, smiling all the while. And, since Batman could take Cap, it stands to reason that a Batman-trained combatant can take a Cap-trained combatant. So nyah. Hey, I just realized: Nightwing and Hawkeye both have strong ties to the circus. This would be an easy issue to write, as long as they don't call each other by their first names a lot. Saying "Dick" and "Clint" close together can lead to trouble. Something tells me Trevor won't want to co-plot this one with me, though.

pfft.
If you had been chased around the Batcave by some dirty old man for that many years, you would develop way better reflexes than someone who'd only been trained by Cappy-Wappy.
I'd say that Dick started with better reflexes and training before Batsy-Watsy tried to get his lecherous paws on his chain-mail-covered ass than Hawkey ever did.

Oh, I agree with you. I voted for Nightwing. I just don't think it'd be all that easy a fight.
Also, I'm amazed no one's commented on "The High, Hard Shaft" yet.

I didn't even notice that title at first. Marvel actually allowed that to run on the cover of a book that could be plainly seen by children? Weird.

Batman take out Cap??! Frank you need some serious help, my friend. But that's okay. We won't hold that against you.
Hawkeye wins. It's that simple. But if you need my help to plot that I am more than happy to lend a hand.

This is an excellent match-up; it's close, but I have to give the edge to Nightwing. His training was more extensive, he's more disciplined, and he's smarter.

Tough fight, but the training edge would go to Nightwing. He started being trained at a much younger age, so would have gotten more out of it.

On a technical level, not only trained by Cap, but by the Swordsman, and he was a carny shooter. I've often wondered about Hawkeye vs. Green Arrow (or even Hawkeye vs. Speedy/Arsenal/Red Arrow).
But, Hawkeye isn't as devious and doesn't plan ahead the way Nightwing does.
