I don't usually eat a lot of salty snacks, because I'm far more likely to crave sweet stuff. But I picked vinegar because I do love some salt & vinegar chips.

You know what the best ones are, though? Target's Archer Farms brand makes some chips with black pepper and sea salt, and they are amazing. Get those.

The Target chips sound a little like Miss Vickie's chips. I think they have sea salt as well and are really crispy.

Doritos' Jumpin' Jack Cheese, ca. 1990. They're pretty close to the Black Pepper Jack they had for a while a couple of years ago.

You haven't lived until you've tried toad-flavored potato chips. You can't just eat one.

As far as conventional potato chips go, salt and vinegar is usually good. And plain old potato potato chips never fail to do the trick.

You know what are good? The new Lay's Kettle Cooked chips in the flavor "Sea Salt and Vinegar." They're very pungent. My favorite.

Where's Buffalo Wings? It's the only flavor of Pringles Steven Clubb buys these days, except maybe jalapenos.

Those are indeed good.

I've had some other brands of Salt and Vinegar chips where the vinegar was so strong that I had to be careful to not inhale while putting the chip in my mouth, otherwise the acetic acid vapors would cause my lungs to spasm.
