I'm doing some informal research on successful covers from comics and I would like for you guys to share your favorites from the past 4 decades.

You don't have to post the actual cover. An issue number is also okay. I can find it at the database.

Also, feel free to branch out past DC and Marvel. I'm also looking for the most striking covers without regard to sentimentality toward a particular character or title.
