I love Matt Fraction's run on Iron Man. I am not altogether satisied with this new armour however. It debuts in IIM #25... http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/20 ... -new-armor

(Linda, how do you hotlink images?)

See Hanzo's instructions further down the thread. I'll fix this one for you while I'm here, though. — Linda

Too much red. Too many polka dots.

I'm not Linda, but if you right-click the image, you should either have the option to "copy image address" or click "properties". If you click properties, there should be a section that has the image address. Copy that and then paste it to your post and add the tags or [thumb][/thumb] if it's a really large image.

So, it should look like [img]Image-Address-Goes-Here[/img] or [thumb] Image Address Goes Here [/thumb].

I kind of like it. Very sleek.

It looks idiotic-- why not stick with the movie style design to keep the character as appealing to a potential new audience (that they'll never reach, but they should at least try a little)?

No 80's style widow's peak helmet, no sale. At least they got rid of the Superman shield shaped chest symbol.

That's my favorite Iron Man armor personally, but it's a little outdated looking for modern audiences.

Reminds me a little bit of the modular armor in the '90s, immortalized in all of the Capcom videogames. (I wish they had just updated the sprites to reflect the current comics, but no...)

It looks more like the suit he would wear UNDER the new armor.

And, I never much cared for the Silver suit either. Sorry.

I like the new armour, but it looks like hell to draw. Too many lights on the chest, maybe. And I've never understood why Iron Man's eyes would be lit ... isn't Tony blinded by that?

I think the lights would be handled by the colorist - and the artist might even trace over CGI to do the suit.
