The last couple of kids just left about ten minutes ago. Overt the course of the evening, there were at least 20 kids here, maybe more. Near the end, a couple of kids I didn't know came in, finished off the food, and then left. Amanda just told me she didn't know them either. At least I didn't have a bunch of leftovers!!

In Toronto when people crash house parties somebody ends up shot or dead. There was a party for a 4 year old last week, and a guy came in with a gun and shot someone 5 times after he was chased into an alley...  So somebody sneaking some food sounds pretty tame to me.

I too watched John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN.
And today, I watched the cool documentary on the 25th anniversary DVD. I love that behind-the-scenes stuff.

I thought it was very scary. I also thought Jamie Lee Curtis' character was so likeable that it was impossible not to cheer for her. Frightening movie, but worth watching more than once.
