Finally an episode of Smallville with some action. It leaves things open enough that you don't know how much the characters really know at the end.

They've been building up to a big storyline, particularly this season. Hopefully it will pay off with a kick-ass season finale. Though seeing the storylines that are coming, I'm not sure it will be this season.

Lex and Lana are getting into position to be characters of interest.

This was a really exciting episode, and I loved the Silver Age-style gimmick. I was kind of getting tired of every episode centering around Clark and his whining and/or Lana's generic boyfriend Jason, but this one had some energy and made me want to watch next week.

By the way, it looked like next week we may end up with some torn dresses! (Homer Simpson voice) Whoo-hoo!
