  Atlhough Bob Lemon was deservedly inducted into the Hall of Fame as a pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, Joe McCarthy is probably one of the best and yet most underrated managers of all-time, so I have to go with him. Bob Lemon only won one World Series as manager, and that was 1978.
