Below is Mark's August Desktop. I grabbed it from the thread he started. What I'm confused about is the Flash in this picture. Motion lines and streaks are supposed to show where a character went (in other words, the path the character followed to get to where he ended up in the picture), so to me, it looks like he's moving backwards... hind-end first into Wonder Woman's knees. Anyone else notice this?

I think it's supposed to be an afterimage - like, the Flash has already moved away, but that's what he looked like right as the 'photographer' took the snapshot.
I'm probably wrong.

Simply put...
Ollie took in Roy as his ward and called him Speedy then knocked up Miss Arrowette but didn't know it then dated Black Canary while shtupping chicks at the ashram then Speedy changed his name to Arsenal (since it sucks to be in rehab with the name Speedy) and Ollie's ashram bastard Connor shows up just in time to take the Green Arrow name as Ollie gets blowed up then Arrowette Jr. shows up (and how she's younger than Connor is beyond me) and then Ollie comes back (because Kevin Simth says so) and takes in a teen homeless person with AIDS who becomes Speedy then Arsenal becomes Red Arrow because he wants to be a grown up and he thought that Kingdom Come was cool.

I don't think Arrowette's parentage has ever been confirmed in the comics themselves. It's a popular fan-theory, though.
