God, how I wish they'd bring this out on DVD. Just a terrific, gone-in-a-blink series.
(As an FYI, the voice of Superman is provided by Beau Weaver, who also gave voice to Reed Richards in the two season '90s FANTASTIC FOUR animated show.)

Isn't that word for word the intro from THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN, from the 50's? And didn't the guy across the street have a hand in the making of this show?
Where's the DVD? I'd buy it.

It's just called SUPERMAN. It aired for one season on CBS in '88-'89 and was based primarily on the Byrne-era reboot. Marv Wolfman was one of the main writers. Each episode has one main story, and a short "Superman's Family Album." I'm sure a DVD is only a matter of time. I hope.
