I would combine elements of B and C and even D.
I prefer the tighter curl to the hair as depicted in B.
The cape in C is a silly Bruce Timm cape. It needs to be longer, more like the one in D,
which has a nice two-color design, but is thicker/more leathery than Yvonne Craig's.
The utility belt in B is better and closer to the one in Detective #359.
And B and C should be swapped if they're looking for a Chronological history.

Not real fond of any of those renderings.

Not real fond of any of those renderings. Ditto and ditto. I didn't vote for any of them because of the art -- which looks fine, but doesn't look like Batgirl.

If she DOESN'T tie her shoes, then she could either lose one or both of them in the heat of action, or trip over her own laces at the worst possible moment. Wouldn't be a good look for her.

Also, someone here once posted a pic of Batgirl kicking some guy in one panel. I recall thinking that looked good. I can't find that pic/panel.

The 2010s versions shown there don't look bad. With the conspicuous exception of that 2015 "DC Super Hero Girls" girls. Somebody took a weird left turn there.
