AR-13L: The Little Mercmaid is now funding over at FUNDMYCOMIC.COM.
She's got red hair! She's a fish! She is a mercenary! And she's almost totally naked! Wooooo!!!
This is fellow writer Piper Steed's latest crowdfunding comic about a badgirl mermaid mercenary named Coral, who turns those in her way into quivering piles of bloody sushi!
And it's only on the new crowdfunding comic site, FundMyComic.com!
While this particular book doesn’t appeal to me, maybe a comics crowdfunding suggestion thread is a good idea? There are probably a ton of Indy creators with cool projects out there. I’d be happy to support a few.

I've only supported two crowdfunded comics to date so far. Both were successful. I've occassionally ordered books from IndyPlanet as well. I've been meaning to support more, but I keep getting distracted by old books on eBay and forget to browse.

I funded this one. Never got a thing other than the downloadable PDF (I did the $30 tier to get the space girl pinups of not-Betty and not-Veronica). Most of the people commenting on the page say the same. I'll never fund another one.

That sucks. I only did the PDF (shipping from America to Canada has become so expensive in the last four or five years). Unless I'm ordering a bunch of books or something really special that I got a good deal on, I don't order single books anymore.

I’ve backed a few. This one is Graham Nolan’s Ghost of Matecumbe Key. Two private investigators try solve a mystery where ghosts from the past come back to haunt them!
