I went for Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, but I will also accept the first Incredibles and Spider-Verse.
Lego Batman was also very fun but the animation got hard on my eyes after a while.

I didn’t vote because I’ve only seen The Incredibles and Megamind. Both were good but I enjoyed the latter more.

The Fleischer Superman cartoons. Not a feature, but they were unquestionably theatrical releases, and DVD wasn't even on the horizon back then.
