Every Robin Hood vehicle that has followed Flynn's The Adventures of Robin Hood has been a letdown. With the exception of Robin Hood Daffy.

I liked Disney's version, the character more than the movie, though I liked the movie too.

That Kevin Costner movie put me off of new versions of Robin Hood a long time ago.

Nothing even comes close to the Errol Flynn masterpiece.

I wish they had done the russell crowe version as was originally pitched, at least that would have been new and original.

If they had filmed that, Russell Crowe would have been the Sheriff, not Robin Hood.

Russell was looking to be ready for retirement in that flick....

Robin Hood Daffy was awesome.

Just typo'd "Ronin Hood", which would promise to be a spectacular movie, comic or otherwise. WO, Steve or Nathan. Just a character named Todd, or looking like me is all I ask!!!!

Actually "Ronin Hood" would probably turn out to be an anime series.

When I was a kid, I used to love that Disney one where Robin Hood was a fox and Little John was a bear. The music was catchy.

I had someone come up with the term "Vampirates" in a brainstorming session. I suggested that they Google it before typing the first word of their pitch.

That is a cute movie. Not one of Disney's finest, but it's still hand-drawn Disney goodness.

Nobody has yet mentioned the British series "Robin of Sherwood." That was an interesting take on the story. I used to like watching that on the local PBS station. It introduced me to the music of Clannad (and indirectly, Enya).
