I've been reading speculation about this for several weeks.

I've heard that Disney lately has decided to get back into physical media with Marvel shows like WandaVision and Loki
getting Blu-ray releases. So, I'm keen to buy those as I like to own media. So far, though, all I've seen mentioned is 4K
versions and steelcase releases. Hopefully I can get just the standard Blu-ray discs without any spendy packaging.

And I hope the NetFlix Marvel stuff can all finally get packaged on disc. I'd buy a complete box set.

I could see Apple maybe trying to buy just the sports stuff, like ESPN off Disney, as ESPN/etc. doesn't really fit well with
what I would consider the core Disney stuff, not that Apple jumps out at me and exactly screams sporting events, either,
but they have gotten involved the last couple of years with Major League Baseball and Major League Soccer.
Live sporting content is a good way for Apple to sell more streaming services and devices.

I am against this sale.
