We've been talking and sharing some awesome black and white illustrations in the Art Adams thread. This prompted me to start this thread. There are two things that I'll ask of this thread:
1.) Please post and discuss artwork that was developed and drawn specifically to be black and white. If you want to slip in an occasional illustration that was colored later (like a comic book page), that would be cool, but let's try specifically to share our favorite black and white work that was designed for that.
2.) This is not limited to comic book illustrators, or fantasy/science fiction artwork. If you've seen something by another artist that did something in black and white, then feel free to post it.

Alcala by himself (is that correct?) Bolgani Gogo wrote: Alcala had some of his solo stuff from back in the Philippines translated in published as a series in one of the Warren mags. I forget which one (want to say Rook), but it was pretty darn sweet.

Are you guys familiar with Esteban Maroto? I confess I'm not, but I stumbled upon some of his work and its very cool. He seems to play with different styles...    (bit of a cheat with muted colour on this one)
