What were your favorites as a kid? For me --

    Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
WWF Superstars of Wrestling (the only wrestling show AFRTS regularly put on in Korea)
G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero
The Incredible Hulk (the Lou Ferrigno Show)
    Dukes of Hazard
    Voltron
    MacGyver
    Filmation Superboy

Sadly, they didn't play some classic 80s shows like Transformers, Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends, ThunderCats, etc. or else those probably would have been there as well.

I misread it and thought it had to be cartoons. I'm adding a few live action by editing.

I don't think of Six Million Dollar Man as a children's show, though...

But it was my favorite "Childhood show." Something about the way Hanzo worded it had me confused at first and thinking cartoon and kiddie shows. But all it says is your favorite shows and cartoons from childhood.

I started watching Six Million at age 5 and never missed it. It was the first show that made me take notice of the TV schedule, and when shows came on.

Yeah I was a bit older (10 or 11) and used to play slow motion fights with my friends on the school yard.

What made us believe - allowed the show makers to make us believe - that slow motion meant fast?

Well, slow motion and that distinctive sound effect.

My heart stills starts racing when I watch and he goes into bionic mode. The music was part of it -- combining that with the slow motion.

And the music.

Well, I'd peg my formative childhood TV watching years to be roughly 1968–1978.
And so my favorite shows, cartons or otherwise, in that era (including reruns of stuff
that came from a few years earlier) end up being

I Dream of Jeanie
The Addam's Family
Batman
Land of the Lost
Korg 70000 BC

Jonny Quest
Schoolhouse Rock
The Pink Panther
Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids
Spider-Man

So it turns out my childhood favorites were basically a previous generations.

Scooby Doo (mostly reruns)
Popeye (reruns)
Bugs Bunny Roadrunner show (reruns of classic 40s/50s shorts)
Land of the Lost
Flintstones (reruns)

Only one show was new, and it's the only one that doesn't still hold up today.

My top five:

Batman
The Green Hornet
The Adventures Of Batman (cartoon)
The Superman/Aquaman Hour Of Adventure (cartoon)
The Soupy Sales Show

There were too many others I watched regularly to figure out which ones would belong in a top ten.

I didn't have 10, I don't think. After school cartoons consisted of:
Transformers
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
GI Joe
Thundercats
Robotech
Voltron

Saturday mornings were a mixed bag. Most of those were too "kiddie" for me, but I liked Dungeons and Dragons and Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends. Oh, and they'd play a two hour block of old Bugs Bunny and Warner Brothers cartoons.

I did the same thing Jay did, and thought this was just cartoons.

1980-1986 is what I remember as "childhood", and I had a big thing for sitcoms back in the day. Mork & Mindy, Bosom Buddies, Family Ties, and The Cosby Show.

For hourlong shows, I apparently liked anything with a cool vehicle. Knight Rider, Dukes of Hazzard, Airwolf, etc.
