Wow. That's a good question. Personally, I love DD #7, but I don't know if I could call it the best.
I think those early Hulk bouts may be the best, but which one, though? Hmmm…
I'm going to go with Avengers #3
• with the caveat that, technically, the spill over into Journey Into Mystery #112 is the same fight.

I put down "Daredevil" #4 because I'm familiar with that one. I've got to say, though, it would be hard to beat a Silver Surfer vs. Thor altercation. As for the Hulk fights, I've seen so many of them that they don't really feel that special. As Wonder Man once put it, when warned that the bad guy he was about to fight had fought the Hulk: "So? I'VE fought the Hulk. Nearly everybody's fought the Hulk, his personality being what it is."

I think that the Iron Man/ Namor battle was in Tales to Astonish # 82, not Tales of Suspense.
