I haven't liked Superman much since the mid 1970s, but he appealed to me quite a bit when I was
younger, which is probably why I fondly remember villains like Bizarro and Toyman, and even the
Prankster, too, but that was the old Prankster from my Dad's Golden Age comics. I don't have any
idea what a Bronze-Age or beyond Prankster even looks like.

Oh, and the big Superapes were fun, too. If no one wa strong enough to really threaten Superman,
it was nice to read stories where they tried to f•ck with him.

My favorite villain ever is Darkseid, but I don't consider him a Superman villain, I consider him a Fourth World villain -- so I went with General Zod.

Kryptonite.

I would like to write a miniseries like All Star Superman (a long timeframe telling of Superman's life) where he faces all these villains exactly once, because he throws each of them into the Sun when he faces them.

I went with Other - the ennui engorged fan boys who can't relate to a superhero doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do, that don't believe that a person that powerful wouldn't want to be or act like a interventialist god, and that forget that Clark Kent isn't a costume. And unfortunately, this villain has crippled Superman in the modern era.

Or Mr. Mxyzptlk, because him showing up always meant that Superman was going to be in a ridiculous situation where his brain was more important than his strength, making for a nice change from the regular superhero book - I know Supes often out thought his opponent.
