He's probably yelling at whoever set up the deal with the NFL asking why the player being interviewed last night after the Seahawks game was referring to the iPad...
(Related info: Big deal between NFL and MS to provide Surface tablets for all 32 teams; also related it was a home game in Seattle - MS's home territory)

I had this happen on the server at my job. What eventually worked was backing up the cabroot2 folder, then deleting everything in it.
